TAIBVX FAQ and Help


Perbadanan TAIB’s new digital banking system , TAIB Virtual Experience (TAIB VX) aims to provide customers with an improved products as well as some exciting new features
On web browsers, simply head to https://vx.taib.com.bn For mobile devices, you will need to download the TAIB VX Mobile App on the App Store (for Apple users) or the Play Store (for Android users) as the older app will no longer provide the digital banking services.
The minimum requirement to download and use the TAIB VX Mobile App is iOS 12.0 or Android 7.0.
You will need to enter your:
· First Name
· Last Name
· CIF Number
· Account Number
· Email Address
· Date of Birth

Then, your will need to enter the OTP which will be sent to your mobile phone via SMS. From here, a link will be sent to the registered email address to create your username (maximum of 25 alphanumeric characters), and password (between 8 - 32 characters, with at least 1 uppercase character, at least 1 special character and at least 1 number, e.g., Awang@1).
Yes, you can log in with the same username but you will need to create a new password as the older password will be invalid.
1) Select “Forgot Password” at the login page
2) Enter your Username and Date of Birth
3) Authenticate your details by entering the OTP (One Time Password) sent to your email or mobile device via SMS (valid for 5 minutes)
4) Go to the link sent to your registered email address to create a new password

Kindly note that if you have changed your mobile number, you will need to update this information at one of our branches. However, if you have simply forgotten which mobile number is registered, you may contact our Perbadanan TAIB Call Centre at 2220 299 to confirm.
You will need to visit one of our branches to update this information because the link to register for digital banking and reset the password will be sent to the registered email address.
You may visit https://www.taib.com.bn/taib-web/cifgenerator to find out your Customer ID.
TAIB VX provides several services including:
· Account services
· Fund transfer
· Bill payments
· Top-ups
You will be able to view information such as your account details, transaction history and e-statements. However, registered payees and billers will not be migrated from the previous system.
